Message: Matthew came and removed the old broken garbage disposal and installed new faucet. He really did a great job and explained what needed to be done in a way I could easily understand ( I'm a79 year old lady). He worked quickly and effiently. A great job! I'll definitely have A1 Plumbing do any work that's needed!

Message: Fixed bathroom sink. It was clogged up very badly and he fixed in about 10 minutes. Very courteous and fixed clogging problem really fast. Very good service. So glad they were able to come on the same day I called. Very glad they're open on Saturday. I would definitely call them again next time I have plumbing problems.

Message: The plumber that they sent to help replace our hard wired garbage disposal was great. He made sure to check if we can salvage the old one and installed the new one very fast and securely. He really knew what he was doing and I’m more than happy that I can do dishes without worry.

Message: Bill was great. We had a small leak around the base of our toilet. Educated us on leaks and what to monitor for the future. He was done within an hour.. The dispatch team was also great. Easy to schedule and they texted me when the plumber was on the way.. Thank you!

Message: I lucked out in getting an appointment the same day I called because the plumber was already working on another unit in my condo. So their responsiveness was amazing. My garbage disposal hadn’t been working for weeks. I figured it needed replacing because I was pulling out rusted metal pieces from within it. When Albert came to take a look at it, he inspected it first to make sure it couldn’t be fixed. I appreciate that he didn’t just try to sell me a new one and take advantage of me. He was able to replace it right away and made sure I had everything in order. Albert was very informative and kept asking me if I had any questions for him, which I had a ton regarding other plumbing issues. Unlike other plumbers I’ve had in the past, he really took the time to answer my questions and educate me on proper maintenance. Albert was very professional, helpful and kept the area tidy. I will definitely be using this company again for any future plumbing issues!

Message: Needed to change the angle valve for the master bathroom and install a new kitchen faucet. Response time was great. Called Monday and they scheduled for next day and showed up within the scheduled window. Wasn’t expect such fast response time since my issue is non urgent compare to leaks and etc. professional job done in an hour and very reasonable pricing. I have use them from my previous units and receive good consistent service so far.
